Join Max for this introductory workshop exploring the fun and sexy world of needle play.
Workshop format
We’ll examine the many facets of play piercing, from negotiation to aftercare, and everything in between. You’ll learn about the tools and equipment used with needle play, giving special attention to safety, including cross-contamination and blood. We’ll explore how to place needles, what to do once they’re in there, and how to remove them, all while maintaining an intimate connection with your partner.
We’ll discuss endorphins, pain, pleasure and all the sensations that are part of play piercing. And we’ll talk about how you can incorporate needle play into your scenes, especially for bondage, sensation, and ritual.
There will be lots of demos, but it's an online class so there won't be any hands-on work for you. There WILL be a handout to facilitate your solo practice and/or practice with a partner after the workshop.
Who should attend?
No prior knowledge of needles or play piercing is assumed for this class - it's perfectly appropriate for beginners. If you've already done some play piercing it's a great way to learn a few new tricks.
This workshop assumes no previous BDSM experience and is appropriate for all genders, all orientations, and for both tops and bottoms.
Afterwards
Attendees will receive an illustrated handout full of principles, safety information, basic technique, and plenty of pictures and instruction to help you practice the techniques in this workshop.
