This class breaks down what hypnosis is and what you can do with it, and provides an opportunity to do several inductions.
The objective is to get both hypnotists and subjects comfortable with trance, suggestion and all the basic parts of improvised and planned scenes.
This class is appropriate for individuals, couples or small groups. If you come with a partner we will encourage you to also practice with other people so you can get to know how different people respond to a suggestion and how different people go into trance. If you come alone we will work to set you up with practice partners.
This is a beginner class. If you have little to no experience with hypnosis, this class will give you a solid grounding - and some actual practice - on giving and receiving trance.
This workshop assumes no previous experience, and is appropriate for all genders and orientations. You can bring a partner or a group of friends, but coming alone is completely comfortable and appropriate.
