Whether you use rope, chains or leather in your bondage, a working knowledge of anatomy will increase your enjoyment of the scene and keep your bottom safe.
This workshop explores how the body reacts to bondage, focusing on joints, bones and muscles. We’ll talk about flexibility and preventing injuries, as well as working with the physical limitations imposed on us by human anatomy.
Attendees will learn quick assessment techniques for the areas of the human body where bondage practitioners most frequently encounter limitations or problems.
These assessment techniques can be incorporated into your play to help tops decide which tie is the best option for the scene and the bottom’s body. The techniques also help bondage bottoms become more body aware so they can work more effectively with their top.
You'll learn how to lengthen your scenes by making challenging bondage positions attainable or more comfortable. Or - if you prefer - you can increase the intensity of your scenes by making them more challenging with minimal effort and risk.
Please come prepared to participate and wear loose clothing that you can move easily in.
This class speaks to all skill levels, flexibility and styles of play.
This workshop assumes no previous bondage experience, and is appropriate for all genders and orientations.
