This workshop will help you understand the anatomy and bio-mechanics of your rope bottom's body. These techniques will allow you to spot problems earlier and will make you a safer and more confident rope practitioner.
The material is designed to be put into practical use immediately. It's presented in simple straightforward terms, and is accompanied by a handout you can use later as you negotiate or begin a scene.
These skills are vital for anyone who does rope bondage - top or bottom. The workshop is especially suitable for tops who play with multiple partners and for bottoms who want to understand and protect their body.
Topics to be covered include:
- Basic anatomy and the bio-mechanics of your bottom
- Interrelationships of the shoulder girdle, neck and arm positions
- Palpation techniques to give you information about the bottom's body that they may not be aware of
- Areas of the body that should be addressed (massaged stretched or avoided) before starting the bondage
- When NOT to suspend someone, even though they say it is OK
- How to make most any position comfortable for your bottom by body placement and bondage modification
You will receive a "Bondage Bio-Mechanics Check List" and will have an opportunity to do some hands-on exercises to practice what you've learned. As always, the handout will help you when you practice at home.
Rope Bottoms - this class is for you as much as it is for the tops. Come learn about how your body responds to bondage and help to keep yourself safe.
This workshop assumes no previous bondage experience, and is appropriate for all genders and orientations.
