April's topic is "Basic Suspension Bondage".

Suspension is perhaps the ultimate bondage – exhilarating, dramatic, demanding, and dangerous. 

In light of the demanding nature of this material, the workshop's size will be limited to 20 people, and the workshop will be offered 3 times in April - the 3rd, the 4th and again on the 18th.  All three workshops will cover the same material. 

As we expect the workshops to fill up, pre-registration is encouraged.

The workshop covers suspension concepts, equipment, knots useful for suspension, and several basic suspension positions - all with a constant regard for safety.

About half of the class will consist of hands-on practice time.  As the class size is being limited, you'll have plenty of time for focused instruction to help you learn safe suspension techniques in a friendly, low-pressure environment.  The emphasis is on learning, having fun, and building confidence.

If you can, come with a practice partner.  If you don't have a partner, come anyway and we'll try to match you up with another attendee.  Rope Bottoms - this is your chance to meet some rope tops - come learn and maybe you'll get tied up!

Bring good, strong rope for the workshop.  As a minimum, bring (4) 10' lengths and (4) 20-25' lengths of strong, 3/8" or 5/16" rope.  If you don't have suitable rope, Max will have some Trophy Braid available for sale.  Please show up 15 minutes early if you would like to buy rope.
