About Tru
Tru identifies as a queer, gender-fluid, POC. She is a trained Sacred Intimate and sex and intimacy coach who works with individuals in private sessions and groups in workshops on sexuality, intimacy, consent, and social justice.
Tru uses body awareness exercises, ritual, touch, kink, movement, and art as portals to erotic embodiment. She is also a dancer, potter, and teacher of a movement meditation practice.
Tru believes it is a life-long, loving practice to learn to listen to and with our bodies, to give voice to our multi-layered and sometimes contradictory desires, and to consciously choose pleasure.
